Tom graduated from the University of East London with a BSc (Hons) in physiotherapy and Queen Mary University London with an MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine.
Tom has worked in a number of clinical settings and environments including a championship football club, with elite GB athletes, private MSK clinics and NHS MSK clinics. Through this he has developed a passion in assessing and managing issues and injuries impacting the head & neck, vestibular system, the upper limb and sports injuries. He enjoys applying the principles of sports and exercise medicine to all people regardless of background, current or previous sporting activities.
Previously Tom was a GB levels Taekwondo athlete who represented Team GB at the European Championships in Spain in 2013 and Team England at the Commonwealth Taekwondo Championships in Scotland.
Currently Tom enjoys participating in Cricket, Cycling and Hockey.
